. Launch the Google Fi app on your device. If you don’t have the app on your device, visit the app store to download it. But the app comes pre-installed on any Google Fi phone.

An alternative is to contact Google Fi customer support to complete the process for you. Call support at 1-844-825-5234. It’s advisable to call support on your main Google Fi Wireless line.
After you connect to a support person, request to ‘add a line’ to your account. Have your Google Fi Wireless account number and PIN handy because you will need it to verify your account.
After verifying your account, the support person will help you add a line to your account.
