The Spectrum TV stream got better since the introduction of the Spectrum Guide. The Spectrum Guide provides a comprehensive list of TV programs and information on channels showing on the streaming platform.

How To Program Spectrum Guide Remote

Usually, the Spectrum Guide Remote is pre-programmed to work on your TV. But if you perform a factory reset, you have to program the Spectrum Guide remote to your TV.

. Hold your Spectrum Guide remote close to your TV.

. Press and hold the Menu + OK buttons on your remote together for a couple of seconds.

How To Access Spectrum Guide

Before you start the customization process, you need to access the Spectrum Guide. There are two ways to access the Spectrum Guide: On your Smart TV and via the Spectrum site.

Access Spectrum Guide On Smart TV

. Press the Menu on your remote buttons.

. Scroll down and select Guide. You will see a list of channel listings and program descriptions.

. On some remote controls, you can access it by pressing the Guide button on your remote.

Access Spectrum Guide On Smart TV

. Visit the Spectrum Site Login Page.

. Enter your Username and Password to log into your account.

. Click on the Watch TV option from the Menu Option.

How To Access Spectrum Mini Guide

The Mini Guide option allows you to access the guide while watching your TV show. The Mini Guide appears as a miniature guide either on top or bottom of the screen. Follow the steps below to access the Mini Guide.

. Press the Menu button option on your Spectrum Remote.

. Scroll down and choose Settings & Support.

. Select Preferences and choose Guide Settings from the options.

. Select Bottom or Top as the location of the Mini Guide.

. Press Save.   

How To Add Movies To Your Watchlist

This option allows you to add movie titles to your Watchlist. Those are movies you want to watch at a later date. Follow the process below to do this.

. Use the Search Option to search for the movies to add to your list.

. Click on Add To Watchlist

Press OK/Select on your remote control to save the option.

How To Sort Channels On Spectrum Guide

Your favorite channels are always arranged by numbers or alphabet. Follow this option to sort channels by alphabet.

. Press the Options or A button.

. Select the alphabet or number from the filter options available.

. Press OK/Select on your remote control.

How To Setup Audio Settings

The audio setting is where you set up, stereo audio, and other audio options. Follow the options below to set up audio settings.

. Press the Menu button option on your Spectrum Remote.

. Scroll down and choose Settings & Support.

. Select Preferences and choose Audio & Video from the options.

. Choose Audio and choose any of the audio options you want to set up. For instance, if you want to set up the Stereo Audio, select it from the option. Choose from Enhanced/ Compact/ Standard.

How To Setup Video Settings

The video setting is where you set up Video format and other video options. Follow the options below to set up video settings.

. Press the Menu button option on your Spectrum Remote.

. Scroll down and choose Settings & Support.

. Select Preferences and choose Audio & Video from the options.

. Choose Video and choose from any of the video settings. For instance, choose the Video Format option and choose the best screen resolution for your smart TV.
