a. Active Service
You must be a Voxi customer and have an active plan to complete a number change process. Voxi won’t complete the process if your service has been suspended.
b. Number Assigned To You
Also, the number you want to change must be active on the network and not be assigned to another customer. You can’t change a number that has been assigned to another customer.
c. Account Details
Voxi takes account verification seriously when it comes to the number change process. So, you have to provide proof that you are the owner of the account and number. So, they may ask for some details relating to your Voxi account to confirm your Identity.

a. Contact Voxi Customer Support
The first step is to reach out to the Voxi customer support department. You can do this via online chat on their site. Simply click on Chat with an Online Agent.
Another option is to call the customer support department at 0808-005-7449 on your Voxi number. You will get a fast response when you reach out via online chat than calls.
b. Verify Account
The next step is to verify your account. The customer support agent will ask your personal questions to verify that you are the owner of the account. Also, you will be asked why you want to change your number.
c. Wait It Out
Once you verify the account, the customer support person will start the number change process. You will receive a notification once they complete the process.
How Long Does It Take to Change A Number On Voxi?
According to the information the customer support agent gave me, the process can be done in 30 minutes. But in some instances, it can take up to 24 hours to complete the process.
Can You Choose The New Number?
No. You can’t choose a number when you change your number on Voxi. Voxi will randomly pick a new number for you.

It doesn’t cost any money to change your number on Voxi. The entire process is free for all Voxi customers.

The customer support person told me that a customer can change numbers up to three times a year.
What Happens After You Change Voxi Number
After you change your Voxi number, there are some changes you have to get used to. First, you won’t have access to the old number anymore. You can only make and receive calls on your new number. Remember to share the new number with your friends and relatives.
