Lively Mobile Device Flashing Red (Battery Indicator)

As you continue to use the mobile device, it will get to a point where the battery indicator will start flashing red. It’s an indication that the device’s battery is low and needs to be charged.

Troubleshooting Tips

Plug in the charging dock to the power supply and plug in the device. Once the device starts charging, the battery indicator light will start flashing green. The battery indicator will switch to solid green once the battery is fully charged.

Lively Mobile Device Flashing Red (Service Indicator)

The service indicator on the Lively mobile device indicates cellular coverage. If the service indicator light starts flashing red, it means that the Lively network does not have coverage in the location. This may be the case if you travel to a new location.

Troubleshooting Tips

The only fix for this is to wait till you get back to a location within Lively network coverage.

Lively Phone Won’t Turn On

If your Lively phone won’t turn on, it could be an indication of either of two main issues. The first could be that the battery is low and needs to be charged. Secondly, it could be that the battery itself is damaged.

Troubleshooting Tip

Plug the phone into a charger. Wait for at least 30 minutes for the phone to charge and try powering the phone. If the phone comes on, it’s a low battery issue. Continue charging the phone till the battery is full.

If the phone still doesn’t power on, it means the battery is damaged and you need to order a new battery.

Lively Flip Phone Locked

After you activate your Lively phone or mobile device, the device should be unlocked and working perfectly. If you notice that your phone is still locked after activating, it’s a sign of an error.

This can happen when you push incorrect button combinations on the device. Don’t worry, you can troubleshoot the device and get it working in no time.

Troubleshooting Tip

To unlock the phone, you have to perform a factory reset. Note that a factory reset will clear most of the data saved on the phone. So, do well to copy out important contacts and other details you have on the phone before the factory reset. You also have the option to back up the important details in your Google account.

Factory Reset Lively Phone

. Turn off your Lively Phone

. Find and press the Vol Up/ Vol Down and Power On/Off buttons simultaneously. The Vol Up/ Vol Down buttons can be found on the side of the phone.

. The screen display will show the Reset Menu.

. Using the Vol Up/ Vol Down buttons, scroll down to Wipe Data/ Factory Reset.

. Press the Power Button to select the option.

. Wait for the phone to complete the factory reset process.

. Press the Power Button to restart the phone.

This process should unlock the phone and get it working again.
