Reading this post, I assume that you are looking for the port-out details to transfer your number from Page Plus to another carrier.
Maybe, you have, like most people, reached out to Page Plus customer support via chat to get your Page Plus account number and PIN and it didn’t work.
That is understandable because the network doesn’t want to see you leave. But this post got you.
In summary, your Page Plus account number is your phone’s IMEI number, while the transfer PIN is the 4-digit PIN you created when you first set up your account.
Continue reading to learn how to locate the IMEI on your device and what to do if you’ve lost your current PIN.
What Is Page Plus Account Number?
Every Page Plus account holder has an account number. The network will request you to input this account number whenever you want to make any major change to your account.
That includes when you want to pay your bill without logging into your account. Also, you need the account number when you want to transfer your current number to a new network. This number differs from your Page Plus phone number.
How To Find Your Page Plus Account Number?
Thankfully, you don’t have to contact Page Plus customer support to get your account number. Your Page Plus account number is your phone’s IMEI or MEID number. The IMEI/ MEID is the 15-digit or 14-digit code that is unique to your device.
How To Find Your Phone IMEI/ MEID Number?
There are different ways to find the IMEI or MEID number on your device. But I prefer these two easy methods. The first method, is you dial *#06# on your device. The IMEI number will display on the screen.
The second method is to go to Settings on your device. Scroll down and select About Device. You will see the IMEI or MEID number on display with other device details.
Page Plus Transfer PIN
Page Plus requires you to input a transfer PIN to validate a number port out request. Before now, the Page Plus PIN used to be the last 4-digits of your phone number, but that has changed in recent times.
Currently, your Page Plus PIN is similar to your account security PIN. That is the same PIN you enter after you make major changes to your account.
The transfer PIN is the same 4-digit PIN you set up when you first created your account.
Can’t Find Page Plus Transfer PIN
If you’ve lost your initial PIN, you have to contact Page Plus customer support to get a new PIN. The best way to contact customer support to get your transfer PIN is via call.
Simply dial 800-550-2436. Simply request your account PIN to port your number. You will have to answer some account questions to verify that you are the owner of the account. After that, you will receive your PIN as an SMS on your phone.
