Follow the steps below to create a port-out PIN. Note that this PIN works for porting out numbers from Google Voice to another carrier and not for porting a number to the Google voice network.
. Go to Google Voice settings page.
. Click on the ellipsis (three vertical dots) on the top of the page, and select Legal Google Voice.
. Click on the Settings option and select Voicemail & Text Tab option.
. Enter the 4-digit PIN you want and click on Save to complete the process.
. Enter this PIN as your port-out PIN on your new carrier.
