Update Software Version On iPhone

  1. Connect the device to a wireless network.
  2. Go to Settings and scroll down to General.
  3. Tap on Software Update.
  4. Tap on Download and Install.
  5. Enter your Passcode and tap on Install Now to start the process.

  1. Connect the device to a wireless network.
  2. Go to Settings and scroll down to About Phone.
  3. Tap on Update (Software Update).
  4. Select Install Now. On some devices, it will show as Reboot and Install.
  5. Wait for the installation process to complete and restart your phone.

How To Activate eSIM On MetroPCS?

As mentioned earlier, the process of activating the eSIM on MetroPCS is similar to that of activating a physical SIM card.

If you are a new customer, use the online activation tool to activate your line.

For existing customers, you can transfer your account to eSIM-supported devices. To do that, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the MetroPCS account page.
  2. Enter your phone number and account PIN to log into your account.
  3. Click on Switch Device and follow the prompts to switch the account to a new device.

  1. Connect your device to wireless internet.
  2. Go to Settings> Connections> SIM card Manager.
  3. Select Add Mobile Plan and further select Enter Details Manually.
  4. In the SM-DP+ Address option, enter the following: T-MOBILE.GDSB.NET
  5. Leave the other options blank. That is the Activation Code and Confirmation Code options.
  6. Select ‘Next’ and follow the prompts to complete the process. 

How To Install eSIM On iPhone

  1. Connect your device to wireless internet.
  2. Tap on Metro by T-Mobile Cellular Plan.
  3. Select Continue and follow the prompts to complete the process.

How To Install eSIM On Google Pixel

  1. Connect your device to wireless internet.
  2. Go to Settings > Network & Internet.
  3. Select Download your SIM > Next > T-Mobile
  4. Select the + beside the SIMs option.
  5. In the SM-DP+ Address option, enter the following: T-MOBILE.GDSB.NET
  6. Leave the other options blank. That is the Activation Code and Confirmation Code options.
