After you connect to a support person, request to ‘add a line’ to your account. Have your Cricket Wireless account number and PIN handy because you will need it to verify your account.
After verifying your account, the support person will help you add a line to your account.
How Many Lines Can You Add To Your Cricket Wireless Account?
You can add up to five lines to a Cricket Wireless account. The process of adding the lines matters though.
For a new customer, you can add up to five lines in a single transaction during the activation process.
