The network assigns this account number to all customers on the network. You will need this account number to make major changes to your account. That includes bill payments, number change requests, and number port out.

Your Ultra Mobile transfer PIN is simply the last four (4) digits of your phone number.
Ultra Mobile ZIP Code
Some carriers do request for the ZIP code during the number port-in process. The ZIP code is different from the billing ZIP code. It is the ZIP code of the location where you first activated the line.
If you can’t remember the ZIP code, contact support to help you recover the code.
