You should contact support via your Q Link phone number. Also, you will be required to verify your account by providing your Q Link account number to start the process.

How Long Do You Have To Recertify Your Q Link Lifeline Status?

The verification notice will come with a deadline on when to complete the process. Simply read through the instructions on the notice to find the expiration date. In general, you are to recertify your account status at least 150 days before the expiration date.

What Happens If You Don’t Complete The Recertification Process?

You must complete the recertification process before the given deadline. The network will de-enroll and cancel your account if you fail to complete the recertification process before the due date.
