Same with the account number, you need the Transfer PIN to complete the port-out process. The transfer PIN is also the Security PIN linked to your account. You get the PIN the same way you get your account number. That is to contact the Red Pocket customer support to request the Transfer PIN.

The method for port-in your number to the new network will depends on the network’s number transfer guide. But either of the methods below works for most networks:
Method 1: Activate New Account With New Network
To port-in Red Pocket number to most networks, simply purchase a SIM card kit from the new carrier and complete the normal activation process.
During the SIM card activation process, you will see the option to use an existing number. Select the option to use an existing number. Enter your Ultra Mobile port out details when prompted.
Select a new plan and complete the activation process. You will receive a notification once your number is active on the network.
Method 2. Visit New Carrier’s Store
